Overview
Due to the nature of our products (food/condiments), we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered. However, we are committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. For damaged goods, we may request a photo of the item and the packaging to help us improve our shipping process.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your jar arrives broken or the seal is compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders: If you received a different item than what you ordered, please let us know immediately so we can send the correct product.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.What is your return policy?
